Come along as we meet Loretta, a woman who for lame reasons agrees to marry the biggest jabrony in NYC: Johnny. But when Johnny leaves to visit his dying mother in Italy, Loretta is tasked to meet up with his brother Ronny to try and convince him to come to the wedding. With a little self-loathing, whiskey, and talks of wolves and moons the two fall in love and get - ready for it? - MOONSTRUCK! We've got Brooklyn, Italian families, and a stage-play-set-up with this movie that earned Cher her Oscar! Released in 1987, it stars Cher, Nicolas Cage, Olympia Dukakis, and Danny Aiello.
